Today, Micah and Alex discuss a useful Spanish phrase you can use with your child as part of your daily routine!

Micah
Hey everyone, Micah and Alex here and we are TFK Spanish immersion and as you guys might know we like to make these videos to help parents who don’t speak Spanish to incorporate phrases all throughout the day. So, today we’re actually gonna introduce a new page. Alex, what phrase are we teaching today?

Spanish Phrase – How to say “I don’t know” in Spanish: No se.

Alex
No se – I don’t know.

Micah
Very good. That’s awesome.

And so, what I thought we could do is incorporate some of our past questions and then I’ll ask Alex the question then I’ll tell you what it means in English and then Alex will respond every time ‘no se’.

Alex
No se.

Micah
Alex, que quieres comer? What do you want to eat?

Alex
No se.

Micah
Alex, que quieres tomar? What do you want to drink?

Alex
No se.

Micah
Very indecisive this one.

Alex, there is a lady standing across the street, como se llama? What’s her name?

Alex
No se.

Micah
There’s a guy across the street, como se llama? What’s his name?

Alex
No se.

Micah
Alex knows nothing. Okay, very good Alex.

Okay, guys. If you watched this video with your kids, try practicing answering the questions with your total lack of knowledge ‘no se’.
